Camp Planner
Plan a Scout camp without the paperwork — roster, tents, duty rota, menus, shopping, kit, programme, budget and risk assessment, all shared with your leader team. Parents fill in their own child's health details and consent through a link. Message every parent at once when plans change, with an optional connection to Online Scout Manager if you use it.

Quartermaster
Track troop equipment — what you've got, where it is, and its condition, with a dedicated way to log damage or incidents when something goes wrong at camp. Kit can be hired out through Hall Manager without entering it twice, and anything damaged or out of PAT test is held back automatically. Same login as Camp Planner, Hall Manager and Leader Compliance, if you already use any of them.

Hall Manager
Keep track of what your group has booked out — the hall, the minibus, the trailer, or your Quartermaster kit. One-off and recurring bookings with capacity and changeover rules, per-section hire charges with invoices and accounting exports, a public hire page where hirers see what's free and ask for it without ever seeing who booked what, maintenance reminders, and a Martyn's Law preparedness checklist. Nothing goes out twice: anything already promised to a camp is accounted for. Same login as Camp Planner, Quartermaster and Leader Compliance.

Leader Compliance
See your leaders' roles, training, DBS and approval progress at a glance, pulled from the UK Scouts membership system via a small browser extension you run while signed in there. Spot who's still Provisional and what they're waiting on. Same login as Camp Planner, Quartermaster and Hall Manager.
