Who can do what

Grants can be read by anyone in the group, including a Viewer. Adding and editing them needs Helper or above — this is money coming in, not going out, so it sits at the day-to-day level rather than being locked to the owner. Deleting a grant is owner-only, because it takes the obligations with it.

A role can differ from app to app. On the Members page the owner sets what each person does in each app separately. This is the product that makes that worth having: a treasurer can be a Leader here and only a Helper in Camp Planner — able to work on camp budgets, and unable to see a child's medication, which Leaders in Camp Planner can.

Each app is set to a role or to No access. Everyone must keep at least one — somebody with none can still sign in and would see nothing at all, so that's refused; if they've left, remove them from the group instead.
