Recent activity

Owners and leaders see a Recent activity list at the bottom of the Members page, recording the things that can't be undone: a compliance item deleted, a hall deleted, a booking deleted. Each entry names who did it, when, and what went with it.

This matters most for compliance. Deleting an item takes its logged checks with it, permanently — so if a year of dated fire alarm tests vanishes, this is the only record that they were ever there, and who removed them. If you just want the slot back or want to tidy the list, archive rather than delete.
