What you sync is private to you — not shared with your Scout group or anyone else who signs in here. There are two exceptions, each yours to switch on separately on the Leaders page. You can share three totals with your group's trustee board (volunteers, how many are up to date with the learning everyone needs, how many have a DBS in date), never a name. If your group's board shares its summary with its District, the District's trustee board sees them too. And you can share trustees' own records with that board: only people with a current role in the Trustee Board you choose, and only their roles and dates, trustee check and declaration, “Being a Trustee in Scouts” and the learning everyone needs. Never DBS details or contact details. Both refresh when you sync and are deleted when you stop sharing. You can delete your synced snapshot at any time from the Sync page; the next sync just repopulates it. See the privacy notice for details on what's collected and how it's protected.
