What you report, and when
The Charity tab lists everything the board reports, with where each comes from: the accounts examined, the Trustees' Annual Report, both presented at the AGM, the examiner appointed, the signed copies sent to your District (or County) within 14 days and, if you're registered, the annual return within ten months of the year end, with what it needs at your income.
Nothing to tick twice. Most of these are already steps on the AGM page or duties in Responsibilities, and the list shows their state from there. Only what has no other home is recorded on the Charity tab: updating the Commission's register when a trustee joins or leaves, telling HMRC when the Chair or Treasurer changes, and checking the register of important documents each year. Trustees notices when the board changes and asks.
Anything needing doing goes in the weekly email and on the next meeting's agenda.
