Exporting or printing the register

At the top of the Risk register page there are three ways to take it away. Each lists open risks with the highest current score first.

Download for Excel gives a proper Excel file: the headings frozen at the top, text wrapped, each score coloured by its band (green low, amber medium, red high) and review dates as real dates. Closed risks come after the open ones.

Download as CSV is the same columns as plain text, for anything that doesn't read Excel files.

Print or save as PDF opens the register laid out on landscape A4: each risk with its scores before and after controls, the controls, further actions, owner and review date. Press Print, and choose “Save as PDF” as the printer to keep a PDF. Closed risks are left off unless you ask for them.

The columns follow Scouts' own template, so either download can be imported back into Trustees later, for example by another board.
