Compact or full wording, and printing
Compact lists what's left on one line, using OSM's short names for each requirement (for example “Meal · Wash up · Ironing”). Most reports fit on one or two pages. Full wording uses OSM's complete description of each requirement, which is clearer but longer. Switching doesn't go back to OSM, and your choice is remembered on that device.
Printing or saving a PDF. Choose Print / Save as PDF. In the print dialog choose “Save as PDF” as the printer, and turn on background graphics so the progress bars print. Each young person starts on a new page, so you can print the lot and hand them out.
A PDF per person. Download a PDF per person (.zip) makes a separate PDF for each young person, named after them, in one zip file, ready to email to parents or keep. It uses whichever of Compact or Full wording is showing, and takes up to a minute for a big section.
Just one young person. Choose them in Report for at the top, or use Print just …'s report above their page. It's quicker than the whole section, and the link can be saved or sent to another leader (they'll need Badges access and the section in their own OSM).
A big section takes a little longer. OSM limits how quickly any app can ask for records. For a large section Badges may pause for up to a minute to stay inside that limit, rather than being refused.
