Health, dietary & consent

Medical conditions, allergies, medications, dietary needs, emergency contacts and consent choices are visible only to a camp's owners and leaders — never to helpers or viewers — and this is enforced at the database level, not just hidden in the interface. You can clear this data for a whole camp at any time, and each group can set an automatic retention period so it's cleared on its own a set number of days after a camp ends.
