Downloading the evidence
Two downloads sit at the top of the Audit page, for when you actually sit down with the Scouts' document and fill it in.
Evidence pack opens a printable page — print it, or save it as a PDF — laid out to follow the audit's own section order so the two can be read side by side. It carries your premises and their capacities, the full maintenance and compliance schedule with what's overdue at the top, every problem a logged check has ever found, who holds a key, who has used the premises in the last year, your Martyn's Law plan and training, and your equipment and vehicles. It ends with a short list of what it deliberately can't tell you.
Check log (CSV) is every logged check, one row each, newest first — the pack summarises a weekly check as “52 checks, Jan to Dec” because a document nobody reads is no evidence at all, but the individual dates are what an inspector asks for, so they live in the spreadsheet. Any check you're tracking but have never logged appears at the bottom marked Never logged, because that's a finding too.
Contact details are deliberately left out of both. The audit asks who is responsible, never how to reach them, and these get emailed to trustees and handed to inspectors. Names of adult volunteers are included, because “responsible person” is a column in the audit's own table. Nothing about any young person appears at all.
