The Audit page

The Scouts' premises audit asks about 123 questions. Most are about your own policies and judgement and you answer those in their document. A handful you have already answered just by using these tools — who holds keys, who is on the premises and when, whether there's a written agreement with hirers, whether compliance records are current, whether there's an equipment inventory. The Audit tab finds those and shows what you have, so you can point at the record instead of hunting for it.

It does not complete the audit for you, and it isn't a compliance score. It also tells you where you look thin rather than only where you look good — an overdue inspection or a hire agreement that only covers some of your halls shows as needing a look, not a tick.

Two rows come from your own Leader Compliance sync rather than the group's records, and are shown separately for that reason: those records belong to the account that ran the sync, so another leader opening the same page sees their own, or nothing. DBS isn't summarised here at all — it's encrypted in Leader Compliance, and that's where to check it.
