What your other apps report

If your group uses the other Tools for Scouting apps, Responsibilities shows what they say about things the board answers for:

• Hall Manager: building checks overdue or coming up;
• Quartermaster: how much kit, its recorded value, and inspections overdue;
• Fundraising: grants in progress and awarded, promises to funders overdue, Gift Aid declarations;
• Camp Planner: camps in the next 90 days, and any without a risk assessment started.

Figures only. Everyone with access to Trustees sees them, including a trustee who can't open those apps, because the board is answerable for them. They never include a person, a child, a donor or an address. The detail stays in each app, for the people who use it. This part is free.
