Duties that don't apply to you

With no premises of your own (in Settings), the asbestos and legionella checks, premises audit and fire risk assessment are switched off. Employment law only applies if you employ staff.

Anything else that genuinely doesn't apply can be switched off from the duty itself, with a reason, for example “the District does this for us”. It stays listed under Switched off, so the decision is on record and can be reversed.

Something the board has to keep on top of that isn't on Scouts' list, such as a lease renewal or a minibus MOT, can be added at the foot of the page with how often it falls due.
