The weekly email

On Monday mornings Trustees emails the Chair, or every trustee who signs in (a setting), with what's overdue, what's due in the next fortnight, AGM steps that have passed, and the board's serious gaps, such as no Treasurer or a trustee past nine years in a role.

Nothing to say means no email. Duties never recorded aren't included either, so a new board doesn't get thirty lines a week. The email is part of the paid plan, and nothing is sent until the board has saved its settings.
